My first MG was purchased in 1973, ever since I let that one go; I have looked for a replacement. I first saw this car at a BP station in Tuscaloosa a year before I purchased it; the owner was a part of the Tuscaloosa British Car club and a member of the Birmingham group as well. On the day that Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, I bought the car. Since that day I have replaced the Ignition system and pampered it with a few other little items. I had the motor completely rebuilt in December of 2007. Bridget (as she is now named) is my favorite little car and I look forward to a long and happy life of driving her around.
