Dan Perry

I bought my car from Carmine Ruocco (charter member of
BBMC) in the fall of 2006. It then sat in a warehouse for over a year, with me
cranking it ever so often. Last fall after the Barber Show I carried it to
Empire Autohaus for updated repairs to the TC. Alan did a super job of bringing
the car back to standards.
In 1949 MG only 423 cars ordered from the factory were
shipped directly to the United States. These TCs had a designated serial number
suffix of EXU. It was the first MGs which came with bumpers, turn signals, and
the horns located under the hood. My car is number TC/8360/EXU. According to
the T-National Registry there are only 57 - TC EXU cars known to exist
today.
